Ever wonder how that
Massachusetts judge
who took your children
away and stripped you
of your house and assets
got to sit on the bench?
All judges were approved,
usually by unanimous,
vote, by the Governors
Council at a public hearing.
The audio for their
hearings over the last
couple of years can be heard here:

Massachusetts Judicial Nominations a Sham

Everyone,

Attached is Volume V of an ongoing series of reports on the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court.

The report is entitled

In at least the past thirty years, there has not been a single Probate & Family Court judicial nominee voted down by the Governor’s Council and only two nominees have withdrawn their nomination over the same period.

Included in the report is validation, received on the letterhead of the Governors Council stating:
“A search of Council records back to the start of 1983 reveals that no probate court nominee has been rejected by vote of the Councilors from then until now.  During that same time frame two nominations for probate judgeships were withdrawn before a Councilor vote was held.”

I hope you find the report fascinating reading.

Should you desire to obtain copies of earlier reports, please let me know.

I hope you all are well and enjoying this fall weekend.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,

Terry Brennan
