Several individuals recently contacted the Massachusetts Trial Court to obtain records (written or audio) of the public child support (CS) hearings held by the committee charged with coming up with new CS guidelines for the state. Their requests were denied however. The trial court staff has stonewalled release of the records saying they would need to review if committee members would face any liability should the records be made public.

On its face, such reasoning excuse is ludicrous. There appears instead to be no reason whatsoever for keeping records of a public hearing secret.

 SO... did the ‘Blank the Ballot campaign’ by men and fathers for the US Senate race in Massachusetts have any role  to play in Scott Brown’s defeat?

US Senate candidates Elizabeth Warren and Scott Brown sing the same tune on the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and both leave no doubt on how they will treat men- Warren will favor putting innocent fathers in jail while Senator Brown, this year, has already voted to do so.

Speaking of restraining orders in Massachusetts where 25-50,000 so-called 'domestic violence' orders are issued every year Romney said, " I don't recall a case of a law of this kind where it interfered with the rights of parents where it seemed to be out of keeping". An amazing statement coming from the former governor of Massachusetts!

This is a great first step to rein in the out of control judiciary. Vote 'Yes' on 2!
